Friday, April 2:
7 a.m. to 7 p.m. - Packet pickup and on-site registration continues
8 a.m. - Rest stops open. Rides start and end at Fredericksburg High School parking lot at 1107 East Highway (Highway 16). Rest stops will close at 3 p.m.

Saturday, April 3:
7 a.m. to 11 a.m. - Packet pickup and on-site registration conclude
8 a.m. - Rest stops open. Rides begin at Schreiner University campus. Rest stops will close at 3 p.m. except on the century route, which will close as the last riders pass through
6 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Dinner and entertainment at the Y.O. Ranch Resort. Entertainment by bicycling comedian Tom Snyders. There will be a drawing for a commuter bicycle, plus other surprises. ( You must be present at the dinner to win the bicycle )

Sunday, April 4:
8 a.m. - Rest stop open. Rest stop will close when the last riders pass through
